Most clients start with a clarity session. From there, we build a roadmap, then support delivery where it will make the biggest difference.
VAT is not currently applicable. We are not VAT registered at the moment, and our pricing reflects senior led delivery, not a discount model.

| Delivery sprint | £3,000 to £8,000 | Hands on delivery support against the roadmap. This can include product direction, delivery leadership, customer experience improvements, or content planning, depending on what moves the needle. |
| Fractional support | From £2,000 per month | Senior fractional leadership embedded into your organisation. Ongoing prioritisation, decision support, delivery focus, and momentum. |
| Participation Studio | Project based | Patient and public involvement, community research, usability testing, and insight work. Scope depends on recruitment, incentives, and the depth of research required. |
